2010 – Present: Quality Specialist, Covance Food SolutionsI am responsible for quality related issues for CFS and expanding the scope of the ISOAccreditation. As the quality specialist it is also part of my job function to make sure that we adhere to all GLP, GMP and regulatory requirement. The coordination of the Nutritional Chemistry and Food Safety Global proficiency programs for 6 Covance labs including international sites, as well as synchronizing the method validation report process for all Covance sites. Writing of global SOPs, method transfer reports, the quality review of the method validation reports. Hosting on-site client visits and responses to client audit reports,respondingto all client quality questionnaires. Supports the document coordinator with the processing of SOPs and Methods. Conducted annual internal audit of NCFS quality system. As part of my job function I help to ensure all regulatory compliance matters.I am also responsible for all aspects of document control.
