My lifelong passion is helping others. I have a chance to practice this philosophy every day in my career as a benefits counselor, account manager, and lifeline for my clients as they navigate the increasingly complicated and fast-paced benefits landscape. For the past 20 years, I have worked tirelessly to provide world-class life, disability, health, dental, wellness, retirement, and other benefit programs for my clients and their employees. Wherever my clients are in their benefits journey—from initial scoping discussions to roll-out, enrollment, and delivery—I’m right there with them. I believe that attitude is everything and will get you everywhere. My colleagues will tell you that I operate with a team-first approach and infectious positive attitude, no matter how complex the case is or how tight our deadline is. I share my hard-won knowledge with anyone who needs it, because a rising tide lifts all boats. This is one reason why I’ve been consistently promoted and given so many years to OneDigital.
