Circle Generation is a holistic field building initiative that transcends traditional models of professional development. Based in South Africa, and led by a global team, we aspire to elevate and normalize network practice across the Global South. We are proud to share this vision with potential partners, investors, and fellow change-makers. We bridge the gap between theory and real-world application, offering a fellowship that serves as a context for experiential, practical, and reflective learning, adapted to participants in Global South contexts. Our work focuses on design and facilitation of multi stakeholder gatherings, advising leaders who want to take a relational approach to collaboration, and creating experiences for learning and increasing capabilities in working with impact networks. Join us in continuing to shape the narrative of network practice, and amplifying capacities of leaders to facilitate connection, coordination and collaboration for a more interconnected and sustainable world.We offer Consulting, Advising, and Learning Journeys. We share our learnings and engage the larger field of network practice through speaking, writing, and podcasting. Together these services work in a virtuous cycle to sustain our livelihoods and our impact. We also bridge the gap between theory and real-world application.
