ABOUT MIGUEL C.
I\'m a Managing Director and Senior Partner in BCG\'s Public Sector Practice and Technology and Digital Advantage Practice Area. In my 20+ years with BCG I have worked across a wide range of industries and functions, but my passion is working with governments to design and deliver better outcomes, more efficiently. I established the BCG Center for Digital Government and we are currently working with many government clients on AI, digital, data and advanced analytics, digital economy and the future of work. I work closely with the senior executives of federal and state government departments in Australia and internationally, to design and deliver digital and technology transformations. I have supported some major e-government and service delivery programmes in Australia including payments reform, myGov and service delivery reform at the Department of Human Services, ServiceNSW and digital licensing, and internationally in Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Japan, Malaysia, Qatar, and the UAE. I am also responsible for BCG\'s regular digital government survey and publications. Before joining BCG, I was a senior consultant in the strategy practice of Andersen Consulting (Accenture). I am one of the founding board members of The Able Movement, an innovative start-up advocating for social change to change community attitudes and expectations of people with disability. I have been a long-term supporter of Jawun Indigenous Corporate Partnerships and worked with Noel Pearson\'s Cape York Institute on a range of policy and programs including welfare reform, literacy, and education, housing, and health.
