After two years in IT Recruitment, I\'ve shifted gears back into Retail Management, my first love. Over a decade in the industry I have found my love of people and love of sales generation. This shift back has come with a steep learning curve but holds a lot of fundamental skills I have developed over the last 10+ years.My strong ability to communicate, to work with a fanatical mindset, and to continue to develop my agility and resilience have all been a part of the process in me becoming who I am today, as person, and as an industry leader.The main skill I\'ve developed that I am truly passionate about is Relationship Development. Finding purpose in helping others. Adding more value than what I expect in return has been a huge lesson I have taught myself and my previous teammates. I am excited to continue my growth and continue to grow the relationships around me.
