I work with the Executive Director office as the Special Projects Coordinator at the Center for Independent Living (CIL), I lead cross-sector collaboration and stakeholder engagement for the East Lot Development at Ashby Transit Oriented Development (Redesign of the Adeline Corridor) a groundbreaking initiative to create fully inclusive, deeply affordable, and disability-forward housing in Berkeley.My work bridges advocacy, policy coordination, and strategic partnerships. I support CIL’s mission by: coordinating, facilitating communication and engagement among key stakeholders, including local organizations, UC Berkeley, funders, and disability and housing justice groups.This role blends project management, civic engagement, and inclusive development advocacy, ensuring that people with disabilities, seniors, and historically underserved communities in South Berkeley are centered in the future of accessible urban development.
