ABOUT CARON W.
I joined Regatta in 1988 initially in the IT department as IT Support & Training Manager Since 2010 I have been working in the HR department as the Group L&D Manager responsible for the development of employees in all area\'s of the business, and this covers many different channels from our World Class Logistic center in Ellesmere Port to our Retail and Concessions arm of the business, and of course not forgetting Head Office. I assist in the creation and delivery of our Management Development and Personal Effectiveness Programmes and ensure these are relevant to the way the business is working and changing. I welcome and onboard all new starters to the business and this is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.
