I am an experienced divorce attorney whose practice extends to all aspects of matrimonial law. My areas of concentration include divorce, custody, child support, modification actions, contempt actions, paternity, estate and probate litigation, asset division, and non-traditional family litigation. I assist clients in preparing for a potential divorce (sometimes referred to as divorce planning or strategy) as well as developing pre-nuptial agreements and marital agreements (also known as Post-nuptial agreements). My practice extends to asset protection of parties to a divorce as well as to other family members not immediately involved in the divorce but potentially impacted by virtue of their relationship (like a parent) or their net worth. I handle enforcement and modification of decrees originally entered in other states, reciprocal child custody, and support.
