Moved into the HR System Services department in May 2016 to continue working as Lawson software and training expert consulting on all major HR initiatives with a training and communications component. Consult as Training and Communication subject matter expert on system-wide projects including: Values Training, implementation of Applicant Tracking System, conducting Customer Service training for all HR staff, annual Open Enrollment, design and implementation of Manager Webinar series, etc. Core training team member assigned to coordinate all training aspects of the Supply Chain Management workstream and the Human Capital Management workstream on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) project. Assess training needs, implement training plan, coordinate with various departments to plan training implementation, design curriculum and additional training materials for multiple locations on Supply Chain topic areas such as Inventory Control, Receiving, Purchasing, Requisitioning, Data Governance and Contract Management and also on HR topics such as: Business Partners, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, and Talent Acquisition. Standard training materials include Instructor\'s Manuals, End User Workbooks, Desk Reference Manuals and Quick Start Guides/Tip Sheets. Design e-Learning courses on a variety of HR related topics to correspond with classroom training, support other training or serve as the primary method of training depending upon the topic.
