About Carolyn Sieben

My experience in both finance operations and software implementation consulting allow me to help users understand how they can use technology to solve their most pressing business problems. I began my career at Zale Corporation in store operations and corporate planning. Later, as manager of the Financial Systems department I participated in an Oracle General Ledger implementation and led the associated planning implementation. This experience grounded my subsequent consulting career with an understanding of not only the functional requirements for Retail planning and analysis, but also the need for simple and streamlined administration of those systems. After leaving Zale Corporation, I began my consulting career and have worked with scores of clients ranging from $200 million to $200 billion + in revenue, primarily in the Retail industry, to implement technology solutions that provide a strategic advantage in managing their business.Today I bring my knowledge of finance, retail operations, implementations and technology together to help businesses realize the full potential of partnering with Oracle on their journey to the Cloud!
