With over 20 years of experience in recruitment, I am a passionate and skilled Sourcing Team Lead at AtkinsRéalis, a global engineering and construction firm that designs for the future. My core competencies include sourcing, talent acquisition, technical recruiting, and internet research, and I hold an AIRS certification as a Certified Internet Recruiter. I leverage various tools and platforms, such as Beamery, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean searches, to conduct targeted and creative searches, and to build and maintain talent pipelines.
