ABOUT CAROLYN MURRAY
I plan on obtaining a Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision with the intention of pursuing research, advocacy, leadership, and a position in academia in addition to maintaining a presence in clinical practice. With this, I aim to help people become more self-sufficient in order to improve their quality of life. Providing care to individuals is rewarding because I learn how much they need but can also have a direct impact on their overall functioning or growth as an individual. In the hope to make an impact on the field of counseling, I aim to build upon methods of clinical application and the development of future cousenlors through my developing role as a counselor educator.
