An experienced and energetic business leader who has delivered success across a number of varied functions in a high growth global enterprise. Over the past 17 years I have been the trusted advisor to our executive leaders across the businesses global portfolio engaging and influencing these stakeholders to make the right decisions. Empowering and enabling my teams in driving our successful growth through implementation of exemplary business processes in the acquisition / retention and development of our talent.The business grew from a start up to a large global enterprise and then acquired and integrated into a major corporate. As such I have built strong expertise in strategy, governance, business and process restructuring including M&A, implementing projects with significant organisational impact, coupled with global leadership of our Human Resources and People Management. I am driven by the potential to continually improve organisational systems, drawing on in depth knowledge of the underlying business processes, their people and their performances. In an evolutional era where digitalisation is becoming more prevalent, I am a firm believer of the necessity to still focus on the human factor and long-term sustainability. I am convinced by the possibility to drive each one of us to exceed our intrinsic potential and “go the extra mile” through sharing knowledge and experiences and strong mutual coaching.
