I\'m passionate about making my customers\' lives easier-and if you stop reading now, that\'s really all you need to know about me! In my current role leading CX Transformation for DISH TV, that means building an empowered team that is constantly striving to prevent CX problems before they happen, proactively solving them when they do, and partnering across all functions of the business to bring the human element of the lived customer experience into decision making.Prior to my current role, I spent the majority of my career focused specifically on the digital customer experience. I am a huge proponent of the importance of having the right technology in place that puts the customers\' needs first, and was instrumental in selecting the digital CX technology that has become the foundational shared architecture across DISH\'s brands, including conversational IVR, chat, social care/listening, and more. At the end of the day and in every role I\'ve held, I\'m always looking for ways to leverage technology to drive customer experience outcomes and create tangible business value.
