ABOUT CAROLYN HARDY

I’ve always believed that leadership is about people, not titles. The best days in my career are the ones where I’ve seen a team stretch, a customer succeed, or someone I’ve mentored step confidently into their next chapter. Today, I lead a 350+ person Professional Services organization (Project Management, Consulting, Configuration, Technical Services, Training, Education Services, AI Innovation, and Customer Care New Product Launch) in healthcare technology, focused on turning strategy into outcomes that truly matter: better care experiences, stronger partnerships, and simpler ways of working. I love solving complex problems, building high-performing teams, and helping others see what’s possible when purpose and execution align. My journey has taken me from the Peace Corps to senior executive leadership, from helping communities grow to helping businesses scale. Along the way, I’ve learned that lasting impact comes from strong relationships, shared purpose, and a commitment to winning together.I’m known for bringing people in, connecting on a personal level, and creating space for others to succeed. I’m at my best when helping people realize their potential and find confidence in their own voice.I live by this mantra that grounds me: I am strong. I am brave. I am powerful.Outside of work, I’m a traveler, volunteer, and adventurer who finds joy in small moments—sunsets after long days, paddles through mangroves, family hikes, and conversations that make you think a little deeper. I’m passionate about technology that improves lives, leadership that lifts others, and workplaces where people can do their best work and be fully themselves.
