My role is to help Simpplr elevate the employee experience by driving innovation and reimagining how employee communication is delivered in today\'s world. I\'m responsible for enhancing Simpplr’s industry capabilities and refining the quality of product and innovation for its clients. I am passionate about Simpplr’s approach to combining a full stack of employee experience technology with a forward-thinking consumer focus. In addition, I serve as an in-house advisor to Simpplr’s product, AI, sales, and customer success teams. Advising on messaging, approach, problem-solving, new innovation, and product refinement. In partnership with Human Resources, I help shape how Simpplr communicates its mission, strategy, and unique differentiation. Finally, in this role, I define and advance Simpplr’s public/industry reputation by representing the brand and employee experience industry at speaking events (in person and virtual), hosting panels, contributing to case studies and white papers, etc.
