Exceed Annual Fund goal every year, in addition to record breaking alumnae participation and maintaining high level of parent participation. Draft, create and implement fall, year-end, winter and spring mailings, videos and marketing pieces, including ask letters. Recruit, train and manage over 200 alumnae and parent volunteers and update them on Annual Fund progress. Strategize methods to increase alumnae participation through challenges and personal outreach. Monitor and track engagement on social media platforms and use data to effectively post content. Research and implement social media to stay in front of our constituents. Spearheaded, procured and responsible for launching SPARK and Evertrue to more effectively communicate with alumnae and parents. Organize Annual Fund Kick-Off, phonathons, new parent reception, and recognition events. Assist Director of Alumnae with Reunion and regional events. Review data entry and thank you letters for accuracy and promptness. Submit articles to alumnae e-news and bi-annual publications. Ensure effective management of Raiser’s Edge database. Extract Raiser’s Edge data through query, export and reports, as well as import data into database. Prepare monthly board reports and present at parent coffees and Alumnae Association meetings.
