I am a Co-founder and Head of Finance and Operations for the tech start-up company, Brill Power. Brill Power has launched a new class of intelligence in Battery Management Systems (BMS). Our team has created a revolutionary new way to manage cells within a battery pack using electronics and intelligent software. In my role at Brill Power, I\'ve been involved with building the company and the team from the ground up. We raised a pre-seed, seed, and Series A funding, have obtained government grants, and have grown the team from 4 founders to 30+ amazing team members. In addition, I\'ve led projects worth over £2m, worked across consortiums, and often speak publicly and mentor others in the entrepreneurial community.
