ABOUT CAROLYN GASS

As a seasoned financial leader with 20+ years of experience, I thrive on building and coaching exceptional teams while delivering results and serving both the internal and external customers. My comprehensive knowledge of best practices, processes and legislation pertaining to financial management and commercial transactions has contributed to organizations’ profitability and successful project delivery and completion. Drawing upon my experience, expertise, and leadership skills, I have supported organizations to make sound decisions, mitigating risks, and maximizing the value of each opportunity by leading financial modelling, due diligence and reporting activities. Nonetheless, with a focus on trust-based environments, I am passionate about building strong relationships with all stakeholders, including banks, audit partners, lawyers, funding bodies as well as customers, suppliers, employees, the Management & Executive Teams and Board of Directors. This has enabled me to influence the strategic direction and success of the organization. I enjoy working with each stakeholder, bouncing off ideas and looking at matters from a different perspective.
