Carolyn is a certified public accountant with both internal and external audit experience. She has spent the last five years with the Credit Risk audit team at Wells Fargo and worked on regulatory matters, credit risk audits, and issue management. She earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Carolyn is skilled in project management, audit execution, mentoring staff, developing effective training materials and resource guides and reviewing workpapers to ensure alignment with IIA standards. Her passion is volunteering with not-for-profit organizations supporting military veterans in her spare time.
