About Carolyn Crivello

I am the owner/founder of Shoreview Legal, a firm focused on servicing businesses and their business, real estate, and labor and employment needs. I am formerly an Associate Attorney of an Am Law 200 firm focusing on commercial real estate transactions for lenders and developers. I enjoy getting deals across the finish line, while best protecting their interests and working through challenging title issues. I also enjoy making real estate relatable, understandable, and efficient to business owners, where real estate is not their core competency.Prior to joining, I worked as Assistant General Counsel with Wisconsin\'s largest privately held staffing companies. I assisted with a wide range of matters including employment, corporate, commercial, transportation, and real estate. I am admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin and the Eastern District of Wisconsin. I also worked at a mid-sized boutique firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in their real estate, business, and finance transactional groups. Outside of work, I am passionate about pro bono service. Since enrolling in law school, I have completed hundreds of hours of service to the Milwaukee community. I have split my time between the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, the Milwaukee Justice Center Family Forms Clinic, Wills for Veterans, Eviction Defense Project, and the Domestic Violence Civil Injunction Clinic, where I served as a student coordinator. I received my Masters in Business Administration from Marquette University Graduate School of Management in August 2017. I also earned my undergraduate degree from Marquette, with majors in international business and finance. I also completed nearly all of the real estate curriculum. While I was in law school, I had internships, including working in underwriting with First American Title, and as a legal intern with Milwaukee County Division of Economic Development, Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee, and Legal Action of Wisconsin.
