   Provide strategy, design, engineering, operations, & financial leadership for all Productivity & Collaboration services throughout the services lifecycle including email, real-time messaging, personal storage, and collaboration technologies into the cloud. Assure appropriate management of flow-based processes developed & maintained to consistently achieve successful new releases, enhancements, deployments, and production support & maintenance. Responsible for providing appropriate oversight of the underlying services providers, directing global J&J resources and service providers to support the global Productivity & Collaboration services across all J&J sites.
