I love to support others through research and evidence-backed resources in institutional effectiveness. As a member of the Medical School Operations Research team at the AAMC, I get to collaborate with colleagues and constituents on projects designed to help medical schools work better. A behavior scientist by training, I love integrating data with human-centered design to make transformational change easier.

   Feb 2025 — Present

   Research strategy development: In alignment with emerging national trends and constituent interest, I develop programs of research to explore how medical school strategies and operations relate to institutional performance, quality, equity, and efficiency.Research and resource development: I conduct original qualitative and quantitative research on institutional effectiveness, publish reports of national trends and promising practices to share with the AAMC community, and develop related resources for constituents to put the research findings into action.
