FreeBalance develops and implements smart Public Financial Management (PFM) systems that combat corruption by enhancing transparency, promoting good governance and implementing sound fiscal management. Headquartered in Canada, FreeBalance has customers in more than 25 countries around the world. I look after FreeBalance\'s strategic and operational marketing communications right across the marketing mix, including corporate communications, branding, content creation, events, digital marketing, lead generation, press and internal communications. This is a global role, covering both prospect pipeline across developed, developing and fragile economies, and enhancing existing relationships. I am charged with supporting business development across clients, partners and resellers. Since coming into post I\'ve audited marketing operations, identified new strategic needs and begun developing standard operating procedures for activities such as new client launch, new country activity, new course launch etc. I absolutely love working with colleagues is so many different countries, though managing all the time zones does sometimes boggle my brain!
