In order to do this well, they seek returns beyond the accumulation of financial wealth. They provide entrepreneurs with the right relational, intellectual, and financial resources to see both the business and the people within that business flourish. Their proactive approach leads to entrepreneurs and companies that are more durable, more sustainable, and more profitable. My role is evaluating, advising, and providing feedback on biotech and healthcare-related companies to 11 Tribes investors as well as the companies being reviewed and invested in.
