ABOUT CAROLYN WHALEY

I am a passionate Strategy and Transformation Executive with a deep understanding of corporate strategy and organizational dynamics, specializing in driving large-scale change initiatives that deliver measurable results.I have a proven track record of successfully developing corporate-wide transformation strategies, leveraging cross-functional expertise, and leading complex transformations across diverse industries at scale whilst fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability to achieve strategic goals. I am committed to empowering teams and aligning stakeholders to achieve lasting organizational impact.Currently, at Cummins, I lead a function of functions, called Global Integrated Services. My team is comprised of Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Experience, Corporate Security, and Aviation. We leverage our synergies, broad reach, and subject matter expertise to drive corporate-wide transformation to better position Cummins to achieve our Destination Zero strategy whilst improving cashflow and margin performance.
