ABOUT CAROLYN WAKULCHIK

Hi! I’m Carolyn. I help teams, functions, and companies productize and scale by: • Applying product best practices - helping folks identify gaps and opportunities and surface unique insights that unlock product, process, and people innovation • Leveraging collaboration inherent in the product development process to drive large-scale change - using user-centered design, design thinking, testing & experimentation, etc. • Setting up systems and empowering teams - scaling impact through operations and people I’m proud of • Building first-of-its-kind learning products and experiences with teams at On Deck, Uber, Heal and General Assembly that solved for top learner and company pain points, differentiated the brand, and empowered my teams • Leading my teams to redesign their processes, reducing budget and production time while improving user adoption of and satisfaction with products • Designing and right-sizing product strategies to accelerate company goals, value proposition, and ROI, particularly at On Deck, Uber, and General Assembly I’m interested in • Reskilling, upskilling, and continuous innovation - for the companies in which I work and for my teams • Education technology, People technology, and social impact products • Companies innovating to better enable product and people growth Outside of work you’ll find me hiking, biking, running, skiing, you name it (join me), listening to podcasts and learning (any reccs?), and forcing my homemade [recipe] of the week on family and friends (message me for ideas).
