Present Budget data at briefings for multiple levels of leadership, including the Council of Colonels. Developed an interactive PowerBi dashboard that visualizes QUTM and ERJD program budget data-Lead the USACE Command in Resilient Energy Funding for Readiness and Modernization (REFoRM) funds management, including tracking obligations and expenditures for USACE-executed REFoRM projects-Established the Energy Spotlight, a new publication that coordinates with all USACE Divisions across the Nation to gather energy-related articles (e.g, projects, studies, etc.) to publish and circulate to wider USACE and Army Leadership. Request articles/article material, draft and edit articles, format all articles, and publish the Spotlight.
