It’s the standard.That standard is what everything else now has to match.My focus is on turning that same level of care inward. Building better systems. Clearer decision-making. Stronger leadership structure. Training that supports people instead of relying on hustle or heroics.This phase of the work is about making sure what made Axis great at the treatment table doesn’t get lost as we grow. It’s about building in a way that allows us to open more locations, develop leaders, and stay consistent without lowering the bar.The goal isn’t growth for the sake of growth.
