In addition to my role leading the program management team for Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Keep, Sites (\"editors\"), I am also the first Workspace Area Process Lead - akin to a principal Engineering role - responsible for designing process and operational standards across all Workspace Products (Gmail, Chat, Meet, etc). In this role, I am responsible for Workspace-wide process improvements targeting increased developer velocity and efficiency along the product development lifecycle. This role is cross-functional in nature, working equally with Eng, Product, UX, Program management, Product Ops, etc.
