I am extremely passionate about working with highly motivated athletes from many different sports, including football, baseball, gymnastics, wrestling, track & field, and swimming & diving. Working together we will build your autonomy, confidence, and positivity around your fueling and sports performance goals. With a personal athletic background in track & field and cross country, I know first hand how important proper fueling and strength training is to reduce injury and increase performance.
