ABOUT CAROLYN POLLACK
As a User Experience Research Manager at Bixal, I lead research on client projects while managing a team of senior-level UX researchers. I have experience in conducting user research for various federal agencies, such as the Department of Labor, FEMA, SBA, and the General Services Administration. I am passionate about uncovering valuable insights through qualitative research combined with innovative mixed methods. I also enjoy collaborating with teams to spark creativity and drive user-centered decision-making. As a skilled facilitator and workshop designer, I have led several co-creation sessions and design sprints to generate and test ideas with stakeholders and users. One of my recent projects was the Calculating a more Holistic Burden Estimate project, which aimed to improve the customer experience of disaster survivors.
