Project 1: United States Citizen Immigration Services (USCIS)/OCFO Served as a Management Consultant for the USCIS OCFO. Contract was a combination of IT Modernization and Transformation to implement a new Strategic Portfolio Management Tool for the agency. Served as the Contractor Lead for the Change Management and Governance team to manage all communications, communication plan, strategic roll out, identify impacts and changes to governance structures, briefings for leadership, stakeholder interviews, and engagement. Developed business and technical requirements with vendors, business units, and senior management. Requirements captured As-Is system gaps, To-Be system gaps, new processes, and integration points.Project 2: United States Citizen Immigration Services (USCIS)/EXA Served as an Independent Consultant/Management Consultant for Customer Experience Modernization initiative. Managed the EXA Change Management workstream to include authoring a stakeholder analysis to support modernization initiative. Provided clients with strategic change management approaches for a variety of initiatives and developed change management roadmap.Managed and lead customer journey map initiative. Work included but is not limited to, conducting internal and external interviews with stakeholders, identification of pain points and opportunities, detailed analysis and identification of process gaps, and presenting USCIS leadership on how to best improve their customer CX services.
