I lead the Talent Acquisition function for the Autism Center of Excellence, supporting multi-state ABA clinics dedicated to helping children with autism build confidence, independence, and life skills through best-in-class care.I oversee recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and candidate experience for key clinical and support roles, including Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBAs, and leadership positions. I am the Talent Acquisition Manager for the Autism Center of Excellence, where I lead recruitment strategy and candidate experience across multiple locations to support our mission of helping children with autism gain confidence, independence, and life skills through best-in-class ABA services.What inspires me most in this work is knowing that every successful hire directly impacts a child, a family, and a care team.
