As a person who has been battling Retinitus Pigmentosa (RP) a degenerative eye disease. I provide services and training for the blind & visually impaired. Through different initiatives:YOU Beauty Reveal - to promote diversity and inclusion where all communities equally thrive within any environment where disabled or disadvantage people work and live.Beauty for Sight - Provides research to find a cure along with training and assistance with basic makeup application and hairstyling. Through donations, the organization provides services at local spas and salons to build self-esteem and preparation to enter the workplace.Vision Cuts - Provides training for men’s shaving and grooming allowing local barber shops to provide haircuts and shaves to the blind and visually impaired. Spirit of Collaboration - welcomes individuals, organizations and businesses who actively participate in supporting the causes that benefit the blind and visually impaired. It requires the continued creation and development of new programs and alliances with new innovative ideas.
