Responsible for supporting the design and implementation of cooperative marketing programs and processes with partners and clients. Working in conjunction with Brand USA Partnership Engagement & Planning, Consumer Marketing, Global Trade Marketing and Operations teams to ensure the seamless execution and maintenance of programs as they relate to in-market efforts.\\\\n• Manage all logistics for global co-operative marketing initiatives, including liaising with vendors to ensure deliverables deadlines and other requirements are met; liaising with Brand USA partners to communicate program details and ensure satisfaction with campaign.\\\\n• Responsible for program execution from contract signature, invoicing, budgeting through completion.\\\\n• Participate in the negotiation of new and ongoing co-operative marketing initiatives. Includes facilitation of meetings with vendors, analyzing past programs for best practices, and making recommendations about future programs based on program metrics.\\\\n• Develop and maintain program collateral’ PowerPoint decks, program sheet PDFs, etc.\\\\n• Maintain and update ROI activity across programs.\\\\n• Track and analyze program results and modify approaches to increase effectiveness and meet market demands.\\\\n• Responsible for communication to Brand USA Partners on all major marketing programs using the following platforms: published program information sheets, webinars, Brand USA websites, marketing collateral and other communication channels.\\\\n• Serve as project manager on key marketing projects (i.e. – film projects, industry events).\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
