ABOUT CAROLYN JOHNSON
I love my job! I am faced with many challenges everyday and I greet them with open arms. My objective is to be the best at what I do regardless of the hurdles or mud puddles, those just make the job more interesting. I have been a member of the Feed Forward Committee for 3 terms, was on the Safety Committee for 2 terms and I have participated in 1 lean event at our Riverside, California facility. I think we made great progress during that lean event and was able to make the ordering process easier for everyone involved. I was also a First Responder here at our Houston Facility for 2 terms. What is really great about our Houston facility is we just celebrated 5 years without lost time on December 1, 2013. Everyone here at our facility participated in that and still does, we are looking forward to another year of \"Staying Safe\" On a personal note, my family is the most important aspect of my life and I love hanging out with them.
