Over twenty five years of experience managing complex global trials across several small to medium sized pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. My experience includes leadership roles in Phase 1 - 3 studies of small molecules in oncology, autologous bispecific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells in aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and autoimmune disease, autologous neoepitope-specific TCR T cell therapy in solid tumors, patient-specific active idiotype immunotherapy in blood cancers, and several other indications and operationally complex programs. I have a strong background in building clinical infrastructure and highly productive teams for new clinical departments, effective clinical program oversight, clinical compliance, and global regulatory inspection readiness leading to regulatory approvals.
