As an experienced TSC Supervisor, Workforce Operations, with over 10+ years of experience in of successfully managing, monitoring, embedding and reporting on the performance of key workforce objectives in relation to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and driving process improvement that supports organizational goals.I have a history of adapting very quickly to new processes and have assisted in procedures to enhance the customer experience, improve quality, efficiency, and reduce escalations to resolution. I have demonstrated leadership qualities overcoming initial objections to be recognized throughout my career for the ability to motivate my peers. I am adept at motivating others to be self-accountable, to strive to exceed team goals and set the standard for customer service levels. During my time with Comcast Corporation my ability to think outside the box has help me step up into the CommOps Fulfillment Supervisor and has earned me the recognition as a can-do leader.
