Momentum works with over people annually as they build their assets and exit poverty. As a member of a six person leadership team, I help oversee the operations of this 75-person community economic development organization, leading our fund development, organizational strategy, marketing, communications and human resources functions. In my time at Momentum our teams have achieved 10-fold increase in fund development revenues, have established a legacy giving program and have modernized the organization\'s communications and marketing strategies. My portfolio previously included oversight of our Financial Empowerment work which connects people living on lower incomes to saving and learning opportunities with the potential to shift their life trajectory.
