Serve as a key member of the leadership team responsible for overseeing admissions operations, driving efficient processes, and ensuring alignment with the mission to recruit a diverse, highly qualified applicant pool.• Screen applications for mission concordance, assessing academic qualifications, personal statements, and letters of recommendation; extend interview invitations to candidates who meet established criteria and actively contribute to Interview Day logistics, including presenting program information, facilitating evaluative teamwork exercises, and conducting multiple mini interviews (MMIs). • Plan and execute recruitment events, such as Look at Larner, Closer Look Day, and campus visits, ensuring a welcoming, engaging experience for prospective and accepted students.Collaborate with Medical Student Ambassadors, fostering their engagement in admissions efforts and ensuring meaningful participation in recruitment initiatives.• Host Admissions Connect, a bi-weekly virtual drop-in event, offering prospective students the opportunity to ask questions and gain in-depth insights into the admissions process.• Represent the College to internal and external stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for admissions-related events and outreach activities, including presentations and promotional tabling.• Support interdepartmental initiatives such as White Coat Ceremony, Match Day, Graduation, and exam proctoring.
