Work closely with the C-Suite and Ethics & Future Board to lead, develop, implement, monitor and report bit.bio\'s CSR and sustainability strategy and progress in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. • Identify and prioritise focus areas, defining objectives, targets and guidelines/benchmarks for CSR and sustainability, including:(a) what codes, standards and procedures need to be adopted to ensure appropriate internal controls and measures are in place;(b) carbon footprint calculations, offsets and certifications bit.bio need in order to become a carbon negative company;(c) sustainability reports. • Form, lead and develop a Corporate Sustainability Committee with the heads of departments and manage other relevant sustainability meetings as they arise. • Collaborate and manage stakeholders across all areas of the business, securing commitment and support for the strategy and integration of CSR practices into core processes and decision-making. • Develop CSR and sustainability narratives to drive impactful communications strategies that reach a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders including presentations and website content. • Define opportunities with external subject-matter experts to drive the scale and impact of bit.bio\'s CSR and sustainability agenda and goals. • Establish effective partnerships and nurture a strong network of external stakeholders to recognise and incorporate responses to CSR and sustainability trends. • Represent bit.bio on sustainability initiatives when communicating with external local and global communities (e.g. UN High-Level Political Forum and Global Compact). • Build a strong network of senior contacts across the industry to increase engagement with bit.bio\'s initiatives and values to ensure they are highly relevant to the industry.
