About Carol Spader

HI, I\'m Carol, the founder and owner of Wisdom that Works, LLC, a coaching/consulting business built around the dream to simply help organizations and the people in them, bring their best selves to work and life so they can positively impact others. Always passionate about discovering what truly helps people thrive, I spent 10 years as a Wellness Manager, designing and implementing employee engagement strategies in my own family’s consulting business. In 2015, I expanded into workplace wellbeing and culture consulting for other organizations. Today, l help people clarify dreams (personal and and organize their lives to make meaningful progress.I\'m trained and certified as an Intrinsic Coach® through Intrinsic Solutions International, a licensed Thriving Workplace Cultures Consultant™, a Certified Dream Manager®, licensed Developing A Leadership Mindset Facilitator™and Mental Fitness Coach. I also competed a Master’s degree in Human Resource Administration and bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Prior to the world of workplace wellbeing, I spent 10 years in the HR field recruiting, hiring, training, and coordinating employee and team development strategies in manufacturing, medical, academic and professional office settings. I have additional experience working in public health with schools, communities, nonprofits and service providers especially around the issues of mental health and substance abuse. Outside of work, faith, family (including 2 internationally adopted kids) and friends, horses, hiking and outdoor adventures help round out my life. One of my adventure dreams in 2025, was to walk 175 miles of the Camino from Portugal into Spain. I\'m happy to report I did it! 🥾
