Assist the Firm’s CPA with year-end tax preparation.Serve as the point of contact for all IT related issues and decisions including, but not limited to the Firm’s database using Lexis Nexis/Juris and iManage WorkSite Document Management software, Microsoft Suite, virtual servers, desktop issues, and the physical network infrastructure.Direct all aspects of facilities, maintenance and office equipment. Manage all relationships with vendors, supply requisitions, and office supply replenishment. Administer the archiving and storage of the Firm’s client files and financial records.
