Highlights of my accomplishments include: • Stabilized $20 billion company as acting President & CEO during a period of decreasing business, increasing loss ratios, information technology difficulties and low employee morale• Surety completion contractor for over 120 domestic and international projects with over $2.5 billion in exposure • Served as multiple boards\' trusted advisor and go-to interim executive as President & CEO, Claims, HR, Agency Management, Gov\'t and Regulatory Affairs resulting in long-term leadership in those areas• Established or transformed legal, internal affairs, governance, compliance and special investigation unit structure, processes, procedures and staff• Spearheaded three-prong approach to resolution of billions of dollars in workers compensation lien exposure• Launched an IPO for a non-admitted insurance company in under 60 days • Served as project manager for IT and insurance defense outsourcing on troubled projects• First adopter of federal purchasing group format for core businesses, enabling company’s survival
