Deep experience with boards over multiple decades: I am a former public company director of a tech/media company, Travelzoo (NASD: TZOO) and a current director of Tinysponsor, a tech company, as well as an advisory board member of TRO Investment Group, a hedge fund that provides access to diversified portfolios of private alternative investments. I also have two decades of experience as an advisor to public and private company Boards of Directors across a variety of industries on matters that include raising capital, mergers & acquisitions, other corporate finance activities, business strategy and more.I am a particularly strong fit for companies that are seeking to add corporate finance expertise and/or navigating new media expertise to their current boards.I am actively seeking one additional board to join, either public or private, middle market or large-cap.
