About Caroline Vostrejs

For over 20 years, Caroline has been with The Beck Group, a commercial design/builder, where she serves as the Director of Business Development for the Florida offices. She oversees client relationships, leads strategic pursuits, and manages the region’s marketing efforts. Caroline’s talent for client service and collaborative initiatives has significantly contributed to Beck’s expansion in Florida, helping the company achieve $1 billion in annual volume.Beyond her professional commitments, Caroline is actively involved in her community, lending her expertise to various boards within the Tampa Bay area. She credits her passion for community service with teaching her about motivating others because “with volunteers, it isn’t about a paycheck.” Serving as past president of The Junior League of Tampa, Caroline led the esteemed volunteer organization, which boasts a century of service, with 1,800 members. She is a graduate of both Leadership Tampa and Leadership Tampa Bay, an active member of The University of Tampa Board of Fellows, and serves on the Tampa Downtown Partnership and Glazer Children\'s Museum Board of Directors. Her leadership has garnered numerous accolades, including being recognized as one of Tampa’s 40 Under 40.
