Process design may include introducing new or enhanced tools and technology or significant change to current structure and processes. • Acts as a subject matter expert bringing organizational savvy to the entire project life cycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution and stakeholder communications. • Executes Change Management activities (tracking implementation progress, proactively mitigating risks, developing change management assessments, developing communication and training plans, defining and measuring success metrics, etc.), to drive projetcs towards high levels of user engagement and adoption. • Collaborates with various departments within the organization such as Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Finance and HR to analyze current processes, identify procedural or control deficiencies and recommend solutions.
