ABOUT CAROLINE TASCON-KARDAL

I began my consulting career at a small firm delivering furniture and equipment planning and procurement services to large public- and private-sector clients. Like many in lean consulting environments, I wore several hats, often at the same time, gaining exposure to back-end business operations, front-of-house project delivery, and everything in between.That early experience quickly grew into larger projects, bigger budgets, and higher-risk assignments, teaching me what it truly means to be trusted with work that matters. That ownership and investment has shaped how I show up throughout my career.Today, I bring two decades of experience to my clients as a Trusted Advisor in Ontario’s capital healthcare projects (P3, P-DBF/M). I coach junior practitioners, give back to the industry that shaped me, and lead by example with a few core principles: Collaboration across all stakeholders, cross-functional project teams, contracting authorities and governing bodies; Commitment to leadership, stewardship, and turning around at-risk projects with integrity, resilience, and enthusiasm; Forging strategic partnerships to connect the best people to find the best solutions; and Innovating better ways to simplify, strengthen, and deliver quality work that leaves a lasting impact.I believe the greatest risk to successful outcomes isn’t a missed deadline—it’s a missed opportunity for human connection.When we connect with purpose and align strategic priorities to quality outcomes, results follow.🫱‍🫲
