At Amazon I champion the human-centered design process to improve employee wellbeing. Our interdisciplinary design team uncovers what matters most to employees, bringing the employee voice into every conversation. We identify service opportunities and invent workplace solutions to address employee needs. By intentionally cultivating wellbeing with the employee at the center, we enable Amazonians to have more good days at work. In my role, I frame up employee insights into a strategic vision for where to focus and how to execute. I develop trusted advisory relationships with key business leaders to build consensus on the best path forward to serve our employees.
